Bengaluru: BJP legislator Basanagouda Patil Yatnal launched a attack on Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Deputy CM D.K. Shivakumar, labeling them 'PayCM' and 'PayDCM.' Yatnal accused the duo of allegedly showing more favoritism towards contractors from outside Karnataka than those within the state.
During the Zero Hour, Yatnal asserted that the state's progress had ground to a halt due to the government's failure to release funds to contractors. He drew attention to the irony of the Congress government, which had previously dubbed the BJP government as 'PayCM,' now facing allegations of a more significant scandal with 'PayCM and PayDCM.'
Yatnal, a prominent BJP leader, did not mince words, stating, "The present state government is an 80% commission government, although they called ours a '40% commission government.'"
In response to Yatnal's allegations, legislators from the ruling Congress party hit back, dismissing the accusations as politically motivated. They argued that Yatnal's claims were an attempt to gain political mileage and divert attention from the real issues at hand.

According to police, one of the women had been called to Gumla Sadar by her boyfriend on Sunday for an outing.
“She arrived at the spot accompanied by a female. The woman’s boyfriend then called a friend, and they took the two women to a secluded place in Sisai police station area in the evening, forcibly made them consume alcohol before raping them,” the officer said.
The accused later called another man to the spot, who also allegedly raped the women, he said.
