Waghmore taken to the place where he got shooting training

Belagavi/ Bengaluru, June 21: SIT officials have brought Parashuram Waghmore, the main accused in the Gauri Lankesh murder case, to the Western Ghats range in Khanapur in Belagavi district where he reportedly got gun training.
During investigation, Parashuram had revealed that he had got pistol training Belagavi forest area. Considering this seriously, the SIT officers have brought Parashuram to the spot and inspected, sources said.
Confirming on bringing the accused to the district, a senior police officer of the district said that he does not have the details about the places he will be taken to.
The SIT officials have been collecting the information on who trained him and who provided him the pistol. Apart from these, the SIT officials have also interrogated some locals about his relationship. It is also said that Parashuram has some links of Kolhapur and SIT officials would take him to there and interrogate him.
Police sources also confirmed that after inspecting the places and collecting details on Thursday, Parashuram would be taken to Bengaluru.
