Former Chief Minister and member of the Congress Jagadish Shettar criticized the BJP for giving preference to Srivatsa as he is a close associate of BJP National General Secretary (Organisation) BL Santhosh to contest from the Krishnaraja constituency over sitting MLA SA Ramdas.
