HC rejects Congress candidate Vinay Kulkarni's plea to allow him to enter his constituency

Dharwad: Vinay Kulkarni, the Congress candidate from the Dharwad assembly constituency in Karnataka, had his petition seeking permission to campaign in the Dharwad district for 30 days dismissed by the High Court on Friday.
