Girl's family decides to withdraw POCSO case against assaulted bus conductor in Belagavi

The family of the minor girl on whose complaint a case under POCSO Act was registered against the bus conductor on Monday issued a video statement saying they have decided to withdraw the case and requested to stop escalating the matter which has become a language issue between Karnataka and Maharashtra.


Woman killed in hit-and-run on Chitradurga Expressway, shocking CCTV footage surfaces

A tragic hit-and-run incident occurred on Sunday night in Karnataka’s Chitradurga district when a speeding car struck a woman crossing the expressway. The victim, identified as Ananthamma, a resident of K. Rayapura village in Kudligi taluk, died instantly from severe head injuries.
