A special court in Bengaluru issued summons to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, and Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar in connection with a defamation case filed by the BJP. The court directed them to appear before it on March 28.
