The parents of Captain M V Pranjal, who made the supreme sacrifice during a gun battle with terrorists in Kashmir have expressed their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who was part of his last rites.

Two people hailing from Mangaluru, died on the spot when their car crashed into a truck on State Highway 33 near Kottagere Hobali Chigani Palya village in Kunival Taluk on Sunday. Three other people traveling with them have also sustained injuries in the accident.
