In a disturbing incident in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, three Hindu sadhus were allegedly brutally beaten and threatened by a mob on suspicion of being Muslim and associated with a child-kidnapping gang. The victims, identified as Gaurav, Gopi, and Sunil, all residents of Yamunanagar, Haryana, belong to the Nath sect and were mistaken as muslims by the assailants as claimed by fact checker Mohammed Zubair.
