Police have raided a workshop where guns were being made illegally and arrested one person in Shikaripura town of Shivamogga district.

Since then, the ministry has repeated this direction several times. Yet, nearly a decade later, the same warning appears to have been ignored on National Highway-66 in Udupi district.
