A high-speed car allegedly rammed into multiple two-wheelers in Delhi's Dwarka, injuring several people including a woman, police said on Friday.

Since then, the ministry has repeated this direction several times. Yet, nearly a decade later, the same warning appears to have been ignored on National Highway-66 in Udupi district.
