Manipal: Businessman stabbed to death at club

A group of miscreants barged into a club near Manipal and stabbed a businessman to death on Sunday.

The victim is identified as Guruprasad Bhat of Puttur. When Guruprasad Bhat was in the club, the miscreants came in a car, entered the club and stabbed him. Later, the miscreants fled the scene in the same car. Though Guruprasad Bhat who sustained severe injuries, admitted to the Manipal hospital, he breathed his last.

 A 22-year-old man was beaten to death by a mob in Gujarat's Dahod. His friend, who was also attacked by the mob, continues to be critical.
