FHL receives new offer from Manipal-TPG, share price hiked to Rs 180

Fortis Healthcare (FHL) on Monday said that it has received a "modified" new offer from the consortium of Manipal Health Enterprises (MHEPL) and private equity (PE) firm TPG.
