Sugarcane leads to diabetes, grow something else: Adityanath to UP farmers

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Adityanath has asked the farmers of the state to focus on crops other than sugarcane as excessive production of sugar leads to more consumption, and consequently, to diabetes. Adityanath gave this suggestion to the farmers on Tuesday while addressing a gathering in Baghpat, which is known for its bumper sugarcane produce.


Government bans 328 Fixed Dose Combinations

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Wednesday announced prohibiting the manufacture for sale or distribution for human use of 328 Fixed Dose Combinations (FDCs) drugs with immediate effect.
