Karavali Utsav to be held at Pilikula in December

A meeting chaired by Dinesh Gundu Rao, the minister in charge of Dakshina Kannada district, has decided to hold the Karavali Utsav at Pilikula Nisargadhama instead of Karavali Utsav Maidan in Mangaluru.
