Mangaluru: Three youths have been arrested in a case of immoral policing for confronting and harassing a young couple by asking for their identity cards at an eatery in the city.

Mangaluru: In an immoral policing incident reported from the city on Thursday, two individuals belonging to different communities were allegedly assaulted by the ‘Sangh Parivar’ members while walking near Hampankatta.

Eight fishermen who were on board a deep-sea fishing boat that capsized off Malpe coast in Udupi district were rescued by fishermen from another boat, police said.
