Udupi: Brahmavar Police have filed a case and are investigating into the death of a worker while cleaning an open well at Devadigara Bettu, behind the Mahalingeshwara Temple on Wednesday evening.

Chinmay, a student of SDM English Medium School, Belthangady, secured the second position in the state by securing 624 in the results of the 2023-24 school year SSLC examination.

The dead body of an individual was found within the confines of Buntara Bhavan near BC Road - Talapady, early in the morning today. Identified as Santosh, a resident of Uppinangady Valalu, the deceased was discovered amidst a pool of blood within the premises. Notably, Santosh's motorcycle was located outside the compound.
