Udupi: The Udupi Jamia Masjid on Wednesday restricted entry to the general public at its premises and has called off all the congregational prayers at the masjid in the wake of new guidelines issued by the District Administration to control the spread of Coronavirus in the District.
Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada District in a bid to cap the spread of Corona Virus has announced a one-week complete lockdown in the district starting July 15, 8 pm. The District Administration on Wednesday issued guidelines to be followed during the week-long lockdown.

Udupi: Udupi MLA K Raghupathi Bhat, on Tuesday informed that all the borders of the district will be sealed down for 14 days starting Thursday 16 July, in a bid to stop the spread of Coronavirus in the District.
