In a tragic incident, a 21-year-old Indian student, Harsimrat Randhawa, was shot dead in Hamilton, Ontario, while waiting at a bus stop on her way to work. A student at Mohawk College, Randhawa, was struck by a stray bullet fired from a passing vehicle on the evening of April 10. Authorities have confirmed that she was an innocent bystander caught in the crossfire during a targeted shooting.

74 killed in US airstrikes on Yemeni oil port, say Houthis

Yemen’s Houthi rebels announced on Friday that 74 people have been killed and 171 others injured in a series of US airstrikes targeting an oil terminal in the country. The strikes, which occurred around midnight, caused extensive damage, igniting fuel trucks and lighting up the night sky with massive fireballs, according to Houthi officials.
