Congress leader Jagadish Shettar has accused Karnataka Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai of considering joining the Congress party in 2012. Shettar made the allegations during a rally in Dharwad while campaigning for Vinay Kulkarni, the Congress candidate from Dharwad constituency.
