A 17-year-old national-level cyclist from Puducherry, who was in town to attend a bicycle race here, reportedly drowned in a drain near Akkihebbalu, KR Pet taluk, on Saturday morning.

Kolar: Former Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday said he would consider contesting the upcoming assembly elections from Kolar district as the people across the district have been urging him to do so.
