A live wire that was lying on a field caused the electrocution of three farmers of a village in T Narasipura taluk of Mysuru district on Sunday morning.

Disappointed apparently at begetting a daughter for the fourth time, a person in a village of Srinivaspur taluk in Kolar district is reported to have committed suicide on Saturday.
