Tumakuru (Karnataka): The Karnataka Police busted a child trafficking racket, arresting seven persons and rescuing five children who were allegedly sold by the accused to childless couples, officials said on Wednesday.

The decision was reached following discussions with the Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Mandya district administration, and local officials, including District in-charge Minister N Cheluvarayaswamy and regional MLAs.
