Bye-elections: Model Code of Conduct from tomorrow, filing of nominations begin

Bengaluru: As bypolls are scheduled to be held in 15 constituent assemblies in the stat, Model Code of Conduct will be in force from November 11. However, it will be clamped only in the areas where the elections are being held; said State election chief Sanjeev Kumar.
