Strict action against illegal building construction: DCM D.K. Shivakumar

"A survey will be conducted across the city to identify illegal buildings. I will instruct the Revenue Department not to register properties that do not comply with building regulations. People buy land at a low cost and sell it without proper planning. The RERA Act is in place to prevent such illegal activities," said Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar.
