Karnataka declares 1,777 acres near Devanahalli a ‘permanent special agricultural zone’

The Karnataka government has declared 1,777 acres across 13 villages in Channarayapatna hobli of Devanahalli taluk as a 'permanent special agricultural zone', officials said on Tuesday.


150 cr. released for road development in Mandya, Hassan, Chamarajnagar: Min. Rahim Khan

A total of ₹150.08 crore has been released since 2023 under various schemes for road development works in the municipal areas of Mandya, Hassan and Chamarajanagar districts, of which ₹142.32 crore has already been utilised, Municipal Administration Minister Rahim Khan informed the Legislative Council on Tuesday.
