Theft accused who escaped with PSI's revolver, found hiding on tree in Kalaburagi

The suspect involved in a theft case, who had managed to escape with a police sub-inspector's service revolver after being apprehended in Afzalpur taluk on Monday, ultimately surrendered to the authorities a few hours later. His surrender followed a desperate attempt to evade capture by climbing up a tree.
