In a breakthrough, Malpe Police on Sunday arrested three men in connection with the brutal murder of Saifuddin alias Saif, a rowdy-sheeter and owner of the AKMS private bus service, who was hacked to death in broad daylight at Salmar near Malpe-Kodavoor on Saturday.
