BIT hosts international faculty development program on new-age alloys, composites

Mangaluru: Bearys Institute of Technology (BIT), Mangaluru, successfully conducted a Three-day 1st International Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "New Age Alloys and Composites in the Advent of AI, ML, and 3D Printing" from April 7th to 9th, 2025. The program brought together leading academicians, researchers, and industry professionals from across the globe to discuss the convergence of advanced materials with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing) with over 230 participants in each session.
