Puttur court sentences man to three years imprisonment for harassing minor girl

Puttur: The Puttur 5th District Additional and Sessions Court has sentenced Muhammad Musthafa, also known as Musthafa Sheikh, a resident of Vidyapura in Kabaka village, to three years of imprisonment along with a fine of ₹20,000 under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The court delivered the verdict on Wednesday in connection with a nine-year-old case involving the harassment of a minor girl.
