Heavy rain lashes Dakshina Kannada: Widespread flooding, property damage

Continuous heavy rain since last night has caused extensive damage across Dakshina Kannada district. Several areas in Mangaluru city and its rural outskirts experienced severe rainfall, leading to house and compound wall collapses, and the uprooting of trees.
