Chennai: The Madras High Court denied anticipatory bail on Friday to R. Murugesan, a 48-year-old resident of Rathinapuri, Coimbatore, who is facing charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Information Technology Act of 2000.
