The by-election to the Karnataka Legislative Council for Dakshina Kannada Local Authorities constituency was held on Monday. Karnataka Legislative Assembly Speaker UT Khader visited the booth set up on the Ullal City Municipal Council premises on Monday morning, to cast vote.
