Hindu Yuva Sena leader and businessman Pushparaj was stabbed with a knife, reportedly by his friend Ravi, at Jakribettu on Sunday, although the reason for the attack is not known yet.

Mangaluru: Prime Minister Narendra arrived in Mangaluru on Sunday as a part of the Lok Sabha election poll campaigning for Karnataka.

In an incident in Bolar, Mangaluru, a discussion on a political issue turned violent, resulting in the stabbing of Edwin Vinay Kumar (65), the owner of Kanti Hair Dresses. The accused, identified as Ananda Sapalya (49) from Barimara in Bantwal taluk, allegedly stabbed Edwin in the chest and fled the scene.
