 The Karkala rural Police on Wednesday has filed a case against the Principal of Gurukul Central School, Ballyottu for allegedly beating a class 7 student.

Mangaluru : Minister Zameer Ahmed Khan suspends officer for poor condition of boys' hostel

During an impromptu visit to a boys' hostel in the city, which accommodates students from minority communities pursuing post-matriculation studies, Karnataka Minister for Housing, Minority Welfare, and Wakf, Zameer Ahmed Khan, was dismayed by its poor maintenance.
