Mangaluru:  The 16-year-old boy who was accidentally shot by his father on Tuesday evening near Morgansgate in the city, was on Wednesday declared brain-dead at the hospital.

Mangaluru: In an incident of shootout reported on Tuesday one person sustained grievous injuries of a gunshot at Morgansgate area here in the city.

Shivakumar spoke to the media at the Mangaluru International Airport and said, “When I was the Minister for Energy, an individual had phoned me and used profanities to insult me. Afterward, the officials registered a complaint. That individual had insulted the officials as well. Concerning that case, the court had directed me to present myself as the witness, therefore I have arrived now in submission to the court”, he said.
