Belthangady: A dead body of a man was found in a suspicious condition near Falguni river of Venoor here on Wednesday morning.

Belthangady: A 19-year old youngster died on the spot after his bike was hit by a truck on Wednesday morning here at Naravi village of Belthangady Taluk.

Kasaragodu: A gang of seven Bajranga Dal workers allegedly attacked a driver and cleaner of a vehicle, before stealing the vehicle and three cattle which were being transported for rearing, and Rs 50,000 cash, at Perla Manjanadka in the district on Monday.

Bantwal: Miscreants on Tuesday morning hurled stones at two private buses at two different parts of the Taluk here. The incidents were reported from Sorikumeru and Kudrebettu of Bantwal Taluk which falls under Vitla Police Station and Bantwal Police Station limits respectively.
