'Sand Bazaar' to avoid sand deficit in the state: Minister UT Khader

Mangaluru: Man found dead with neck, hands tied

Mangaluru: An unidentified man's body was found with hands tied up with clothes, neck with cotton rope and injuries on stomach in Gurupur Phalguni River near Tipu Nagar here. It is suspected the person must have been murdered.
