Mangaluru: Following Bharat bandh call, the schools and colleges in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts will remain closed on January 8, according to Dakshina Kannada District deputy commissioner Sasikanth Senthil and Udupi deputy commissioner Priyanka Mary Francis.
