'Bearys Chamber' to organise Entrepreneurship workshop from Dec 20

The Bearys Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BCCI) will organise a 3 day Entrepreneurship Certification workshop for the new entrepreneurs from December 20 to 22 from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm. Only 30 participants will be accommodated.


Thota Bengre: Woman gang-raped by 7, six detained

A woman, who was on a trip, was allegedly gang-raped by a team of seven persons at Thota Bengre near the city and the incident came to light very late. The incident happened on November 18. The victim has been identified as a labour woman working in a local factory.
