The Karnataka government is set to prioritise and implement “high-impact” and “short-term” projects aimed at boosting the state’s economy in the next three months, according to Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Minister Priyank Kharge.

An earthquake of 2.9 magnitude was recorded in Vijayapura district on Wednesday, Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre (KSNDMC) said.
