Home quarantine, testing compulsory for people returning to state from Kumbh Mela: K'taka Health Min

Bengaluru: Karnataka Health Minister Dr. Sudhakar on Thursday announced that those returning to the state after attending the Kumbh Mela in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, people should be subjected to home quarantine.
