Bengaluru: Noted historian Ramachandra Guha was on Thursday detained by Bengaluru Police while he was participating in a protest at city’s Town Hall against Citizenship Amendment Act. The city was under imposition of section 144 since Wednesday evening, ahead of today’s protest.
