CCB raids Janardhan Reddy's house; investigation continues

Ballary: The CCB officials have intensified the investigation against BJP leader G Janardhana Reddy, who is accused of receiving 57 kg of gold in a bid to negotiate with ED officials to help Ambident Group. The CCB officers carried out a raid at Reddy's house in Ballary today morning.


More than 20 injured while bursting crackers, girl loses eyesight

In the last two days, more than 20 persons sustained burn injuries while bursting crackers during Diwali festival in the city. Among them, two girls were severely injured and were about to lose their eyesight permanently.
