Kanakapura: Anganwadi helper suspended for allegedly putting chilli powder in toddler's diaper

Ramanagara: In a shocking incident reported from Maharajarakate village here, an Anganwadi helper has been suspended for allegedly subjecting a two-year-old child to mis-treatment by cauterizing his skin and putting chili powder in his diaper, reportedly as a punishment for his stubborn behavior.

 


SSLC examination for 2025 begins; first language paper held on day one

Bengaluru: The SSLC examinations, conducted by the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB), started in as many as 2,818 centres across the state on Friday, with the first language paper, including Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Urdu, English and Sanskrit, being held on Day One.
