Internal SC quota: Forming commission not "delay tactics," says Siddaramaiah

Bengaluru: Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday said that the government's decision to form a commission to gather empirical data for providing internal reservation among Scheduled Castes (SC), is not "delay tactics".
