HC directs CBI to submit case diary in DK Shivakumar's disproportionate assets case in two days

Bengaluru: In a significant development, the High Court has addressed the petition filed by Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar seeking to quash the FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) over allegations of disproportionate assets. The court has issued a directive to the CBI, ordering them to submit the case diary in a sealed envelope within a period of 2 days.
