Manipal Police have arrested two persons in connection with the theft of a scooter parked near the Manipal Coin Circle.

Adarsha Hospital, Udupi, in association with Life Care Specialty Hospital, organised the Adarsha Hospital Connect programme at Hotel Royal Oak, Bhatkal, on Sunday evening. The event served as a professional interaction platform for doctors, focusing on emergency care, early diagnosis and coordinated treatment.

Police investigation on the death of the 15-year-old boy Sumanth, who had died recently in an unnatural manner while on the way to the temple, has been intensified as the post-mortem examination has revealed that Sumanth was murdered and suffered three severe blows on his head.
