Kasaragod (Kerala): One person died and 30 others were injured when a private bus they were travelling in was involved in an accident on the highway here on Monday, police said.

State Legislative Assembly Speaker U.T. Khader has announced the allocation of funds for various development projects in Ullal. A total of 8 crores has been sanctioned for the construction of Abbakka Bhavan, while 6 crores has been allocated for Beary Bhavan.
