Karwar: A CISF soldier was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Kaiga, Karwar taluk, on Monday. The deceased soldier has been identified as Harvinder Kumar Ram (28), a native of Bihar, who had been stationed at the CISF camp in Mallapur for the past two years.
