Mangaluru: Karnataka High Court on Tuesday issued a notice to the state government seeking details of action initiated against those who were found guilty of wrongdoing on December 19, 2019, when the local police gunned down two people during anti-CAA, NRC protests in the city.

Senior Congress leader Oscar Fernandes who had been receiving treatment at the Yenepoya Hospital in the city underwent brain surgery early on Tuesday.
